1. Identify the food you're craving
2. Think about how much you want that food on a scale from 0-10, where 0 is no craving, and 10 is an intense craving for it right now.
3. Tap on the EFT points while saying 'I really want this ___________' (whatever the food is)

4. Assess the intensity of the craving now.
5. Continue tapping until the craving is neutral when you think about that food.
Additional things you can tap on:
- The feeling of the food in your mouth, qualities of the food (salty, crunchy, creamy), the aroma
- Any tension in your body
- Emotions associated with the food
